That's why AELIA is establishing a community for HR, L&D, and P&C executives—the AELIA L&D Studio. This initiative is designed to foster growth and collaboration among professionals from diverse industries, serving as a dynamic hub for continuous learning and development, and to enable access to a wealth of resources, including articles, interviews, and online courses.
At AELIA L&D Studio, we delve deep into specific L&D areas and challenges, utilising a systematic approach to design, test, and evaluate effective L&D solutions. We invite professionals across industries to join us in this journey of communicating and exchanging L&D tools and good practices.
As part of our community, AELIA is hosting AELIA L&D Talks throughout April and May, providing valuable insights and networking opportunities. AELIA L&D Talks are the community’s working groups, i.e. closed panel discussions among executives representing a diverse array of organisations across Greece. Following each talk, we will collaborate to craft an L&D-Insight-Paper, which will be shared among all community members, fostering knowledge exchange and collective learning.
