Announcement 📢 2nd L&P for L&D: Our Learn & Practice Bootcamp for the L&D Studio community

Training your mind is just like training your body. It takes practice, testing your skills, and pushing your limits.

Just like bootcamps were originally designed for sports training and building muscle strength, our Learn & Practice bootcamp (L&P on L&D) is here to help HR and L&D professionals train, refine, and apply skills in real-world scenarios!

As part of our action-based and on-the-job approach, we design interactive workshops for organisations.

This time, we’re bringing our L&P on L&D bootcamp back as an exclusive initiative for our L&D Studio community!

Hosted by AELIA at Orange Grove, our bootcamp is all about learning by doing.

What we’re doing (collaboratively, the AELIAn way our facilitators know best):

✅ Design & evaluate L&D initiatives through co-creation

✅ Practice persuasion skills by simulating L&D pitches to senior leadership

✅ Learn how to market L&D initiatives to employees
