The L&D Studio was created in March 2024 by AELIA, as a learn & practice community for HR and L&D Professionals and since then:
🤔 It has organized 13 L&D Talks, where members shared their insights in key areas of L&D
🤝 It has coordinated 9 Ask & Share sessions, where members exchanged views and ideas on specific key topics
👊 It has held 3 diverse Learn & Practice Bootcamps/Workshops, where participant members exercised on L&D challenges
💻 It has coordinated 5 Techie Sparks, where members shared their MVP tech tools with other members
💡It has organized a co-creation meet-up where members co-created a predictive viewpoint on the future of L&D

The L&D Studio was instigated by the inspiration of Faye Orfanou, it was powered by the energy of Konstantina Koutsioumpa and it was further on driven up by the passion of Antigoni Paouni.
And it keeps on growing fuelled by the engagement and devotion of its members.
