Our Leadership & Talent Development Programs

Boosting the potential of your People

Both in the Leadership as well as in the Talent Development programs we empower professionals to activate and develop their innate potential. We define a development journey for the beneficiaries and assist them, along the way, with our guidance to discover their potential, to tackle the challenges which they face to work on their weaknesses and to make the most of their skills.

Both types of programs are multiple-hour* programs, with an "on-the-job" development approach, where guided projects are the key, consultations are the backbone and gamified challenges activate, challenge and empower.

The Programs

Lead-Up

Our Lead Up Program is an alternative leadership academy for managers and team leaders, running for several days on-the-job, which is based on individualized guidance, tailored case studies and gamified challenges.

 

AELIA assists managers & team leaders to identify their challenges and weaknesses, using our Leadership & Management (L&M) Map. To tackle those challenges and to strengthen their managerial skillset, we help them with guided projects which are tailored on their particular needs and challenges. Further on, we set gamified challenges, which help them cultivate their leadership mindset

Blossom Up

Our Blossom Up Program is our talent booster program. We guide the Beneficiaries through a journey of development, which helps them to realize their talents, identify their challenges and to improve their skillset and empower their potential.

Moreover, while assisting the beneficiaries in empowering their potential, we also help them to manage the energy they invest in their job and to pursue their mental balance.

Customization

AELIA has designed the Program backbone, for both the Leadership and Talent Development program, which is grounded in the AELIA L&D Approach. Based on the profile of the beneficiaries we adjust the Program to their needs, ensuring that the Program covers their specific requirements

Profiling

In our L&TD programs, the needs diagnostic is performed in action. Our diagnostic aims at profiling. We make a profile of our Beneficiaries using introductory individual sessions and/or gamified group activities
