The "Embark-on-L&D" Bootcamps are the concise Learn & Practice Bootcamp which are organized by AELIA for L&D and HR professionals who undertake L&D tasks within their new organization.

In these practice-oriented 2-hr to 4-hr bootcamps,

• we provide material,

• we exercise on methods and tools, we make simulations on real scenaria,

• we create L&D activities and practices
