"Embark-0n-L&D" bootcamps

The "Embark-on-L&D" Bootcamps are practice-oriented Bootcamps, organized regularly by AELIA for professionals who have been newly appointed or hired in an L&D position and/or undertake full range L&D tasks in a new organization.

In these 2-hr to 4-hr bootcamps, we discuss challenges, we share concerns, we propose good practices, we provide material, we exercise on methods and tools, we make simulations on real scenaria, we create. In general, we practice a lot! Thus, we help the participants improve their readiness to undertake action in their new role in L&D.
