Adaptive L&D

Our learning and development services are tailored to be adaptive, meaning we do not provide standard "packages" or fixed curricula. Instead, we establish a framework of potential activities that we adjust over time, responding to the unique responses and characteristics of your team.

We fine-tune the content and approach of our activities to meet the specific needs, strengths, and weaknesses of your people, as well as the evolving requirements of the organization.

On-the-job L&D

Our primary mission is to empower individuals by supporting their development directly within their roles. We emphasize learning and growth that are deeply connected to real job tasks. Our approach involves integrating work-based activities into our programs, including:

  • Providing tailored guidance on actual job challenges.

  • Setting up learning projects centered on real tasks (guided projects).

  • Designing learning activities aligned with job-specific tasks (such as gamified challenges and case studies).

  • Organizing case-study marathons that run parallel to daily work.

  • Facilitating peer-to-peer mentoring focused on real workplace challenges.

By embedding learning into the flow of work, we ensure that development is relevant, practical, and impactful.

We believe that true learning happens through action—when individuals are challenged to take initiative, discover new insights, and apply their knowledge in real-world situations. Our approach to learning and development is centered on this principle.

By combining hands-on experiences with expert guidance, we help individuals identify new knowledge, reflect on their actions, and solidify their learning.

Our programs are rooted in action-based learning. Each activity is designed to engage participants actively, whether they’re solving problems, creating new solutions, engaging in interactive games or role-playing, or collaborating with instructors and peers. We ensure that learning is not just theoretical but a practical, engaging experience

Caring L&D

The primary value of AELIA is care. Caring for our beneficiaries and caring for our collaborators drives our activity. We embrace our beneficiaries with an open mind and a warm heart, observing their needs, listening attentively to what they say, making our best effort to understand how they think and what matters to them. Care lies at the core of our mentoring method, defining the approach, the structure and the method of each individual guidance activity.

AELIA is tech-savvy and is run by science&tech driven people. We integrate in our activity the suitable tech tools to make our L&D more effective. We constantly search and evaluate new effective technological tools, continuously adapting our tech-enabled activities.

Technology is an integral part but people define the technology we use. Thanks to our design-thinking approach, benefit optimization and useability of potential tech tools drives the selection and evaluation of the tools we use.

Each beneficiary has a distinct L&D identity for AELIA. We embrace each program participant as an individual L&D beneficiary with specific needs and particularities. We design personalized case studies, we adjust time of learning to the learner’s particular needs. we provide individual asynchronous guidance even in group activities, we preserve valuable post-participation feedback time (even feedback minutes) for each program participant

Each learner is a distinct learning type. Each professional has distinct challenges. This is what drives the design of our People development programs and this is also a reason behind our adaptive approach.
