AELIA x EDIHAUS

We are thrilled to announce our partnership with EDIHAUS, a science-based consulting agency specialising in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI)!


With a shared commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces which prioritise equality and embrace diversity while strengthening the “S” of an organisation’s ESG strategy, our partnership with EDIHAUS is built on strong foundations.


Having complementary services, AELIA and EDIHAUS will be joining forces to provide end-to-end, people-centric and legal-based support to organisations that wish to make EDI an integral part of their operations. For both AELIA and EDIHAUS, putting EDI in practice into an organisation requires both a framework of functional practices and policies (P&P) as well as targeted Learning & Development (L&D) activities for its people.


EDIHAUS, thanks to the academic background of its CEO/CSO & Co-Founder Ianthi Stergiou, has developed science-based methods and tools to help organisations scan their EDI identity, integrate EDI into their operation and empower the inclusive mindset of their people. 


Thanks to the legal background of its Co-Founder Faye Orfanou, AELIA can provide to EDIHAUS’ work its legal compliance expertise, contributing with its Practices & Policies (P&P) methodology. Moreover, AELIA can contribute to EDIHAUS’ people empowerment activities with its targeted L&D activities of (a) (mindset-molding) debates and (b) collaborative design workshops.


To build our collaboration framework, EDIHAUS and AELIA have been engaged in collaborative design for several weeks now. To kick off our official collaboration —before engaging into our first end-to-end EDI services to our first common client— we gathered for a co-creation workshop to finalise key elements of our services, ensuring that our shared vision translates into real impact for organisations.
