What happens when professionals from different generations are invited not just to talk—but to debate, persuade, disagree, and find common ground?

This was the challenge we explored during the #Gen2GenChallenge Debate Workshop by AELIA a few days ago at the Orange Grove premises.

By exploring real-life situations of #multiGenerational encounters, participants experienced first-hand how different perspectives, communication styles, and assumptions can shape collaboration within a team of multiple generations.

One of the reflections that emerged was simple but powerful:

💡 Generational differences are often less important than the willingness to listen, understand, and engage in meaningful dialogue.
