Management and Operations

The AELIA Management & Operations team consists of:

· (a) our Strategic Director  Faye Orfanou, AELIA CoFounding Partner.

· (b) our Executive Product & Operations Officer Konstantina Koutsioumpa, AELIA Partner.​

Faye is also the head of L&D Design team as well as an L&D Instructor, (as Trainer, Facilitator & Mentor) while Konstantina is also our core L&D Instructor (as Facilitator, Trainer & Mentor) and a member of the L&D Design team.

The Management & Operations team is supported by our Board of Administration and supervised by our Quality & Ethics Auditor.

Our Board of Administration is comprised of 6 seasoned professionals, each representing distinct fields: finance, technology, education, marketing & communication, law, economics, business management and academia.

All of the Members of the Board of Administration are L&D Instructors of AELIA.

Moreover:

  • our President Konstantinos Poulopatis & Vice-President Manos Iatrelis are also members of the AELIA L&D Design team, 

  • our Board Member Mara Chrysovergi  is our Executive ESG Officer.

Quality & Ethics Auditor

The quality of our operation and the compliance to our code of ethics is supervised and assured by our Quality & Ethics Auditor.

This is the role of the AELIA Co-Founding Partner Sofia Makri.  

Sofia is a Performance & Talent Development professional, currently in a corporate career since 2022, who ever since maintains a supervisory role in AELIA.
