Guided Projects

Learning on-the job with AELIA guidance and practical assistance

In the AELIA Guided projects, the beneficiaries are challenged to run diverse types of project, under the guidance of AELIA, which is provided both in sessions and asynchronously.

The projects may be

  1. Preparation of a specific deliverable (work task, handbook, playbook, report, analysis)

  2. Resolving problems in a specific scenario and explaining the solution

  3. Addressing questions or issues on a specific scenario and presentation of one’s answers and views to colleagues

  4. Examination and Analysis of a case study, analysing specific issues to draw conclusions

  5. Imitation or Simulation of a specific work situation

The subject-matter and content of the projects are selected in relation to beneficiaries actual work tasks or work challenges, thus providing on-the-job learning & practice.

The beneficiaries work on the project at a defined time span, which we set together (and based on the program specs) and at their time pace. AELIA is available 24/7 asynchronously, using our Power-Up Chat method, while we also run guidance consultations in short or more lengthy sessions.

In our guidance, AELIA acts as the advisor, the mentor, the teaser and the executive assistant while at the same time, raising questions, setting challenges, demonstrating methods of work, providing templates and offering practical assistance and providing.

After the project is completed, we run feedback sessions, supporting the post-project consolidation of learnings.
