Co-creation workshops

Collaborative discovery and decision making is a core method of AELIA in its development programs, using co-creation workshops.

In the co-creation workshops we try to address challenging issues, activating people to examine, analyze, instigating people’s critical thinking and problem solving capacities.

In each co-creation workshop we guide people through structured brainstorming, using smart tech-based tools, which help the participants (a) identify, (b) realize, (c) define and, if possible, (d) resolve the issues under discussion. Upon the completion of the workshop,  we codify the results produced and provide a useable deliverable for the group of participants and/or the organization.
