Last week, we shared the key L&D challenges that the members of our L&D Studio community have identified so far. Now, it’s time for action! At AELIA, we believe that solutions emerge through collaboration, shared knowledge, and hands-on engagement.
That’s why we’re excited to introduce the initiatives that AELIA will provide to the L&D Studio community for the first half of 2025, designed to address the most pressing L&D topics:
💡Ask the Guest: Interviews with guest specialists under a modern asynchronous format, where members can submit their questions asynchronously directly on the community’s Slack channel.
🤝Ask & Share Sessions on Leadership Development, Evaluating L&D, Onboarding, and Employee Engagement.
💬Share, Challenge & Build: An asynchronous discussion on our Slack channel, sharing views and insights to discuss, challenge one another and gain new insights.

🎤An L&D Talk on DEI (to be announced soon).
🛠️Collaborative Design workshops (the aelian way!) to collaboratively explore best practices and apply them in a hands-on way on challenging issues.
