Celebrating 1 year of learning, sharing, and growing together!🥳

This March marked the 1-year anniversary of our L&D Studio community at AELIA —a space created for HR and L&D professionals to come together, explore challenges, exchange practices, and inspire one another. And sometimes, to find relief and consolation from peers while discussing the daily realities of designing people development initiatives or engaging employees in learning.

Over the past year, our community centered its activity around 4 pillars (just like the 4 layers of the cake below):

💡Practice bootcamps: Designed and offered by AELIA’s L&D design team for HR professionals.

💡Ask & Share sessions: Short online gatherings where HR professionals discuss pressing L&D challenges.

💡L&D Talks: 10 sessions fostering connection and exchange of insights.

💡Bulletins: 6 issues so far, sharing expert opinions from HR professionals in Greece and international thought leaders.

When we first started building this community in early 2024, we envisioned creating a space where peer learning and peer support would become a reality. And we are proud of what we’ve created! A heartfelt thank you to all our members for their trust, contributions, and energy. You are the driving force behind this community.
