On April 3, AELIA hosted its second Ask & Share session of 2025 as part of the L&D Studio community, our dedicated space for HR and L&D professionals to exchange insights, challenges, and best practices.
This 45-minute online Ask & Share session focused on leadership development and brought together Lydia Mastori (Hellas Direct) and Maria Xenochristou (Skroutz) in an open and thought-provoking discussion.
The conversation revolved around key challenges companies face in leadership development initiatives, as well as strategies that have proven effective.
Here are the core themes that emerged:
