Vasiliki Karampampa brings a wealth of experience to AELIA as a Learning & Development executive, specialising in crafting and executing programmes for adult learners. She employs experiential and collaborative learning methodologies including game-based learning, brainstorming, painting, and role-playing techniques. Her involvement in developing “train the trainer” programs both domestically and internationally underscores her commitment to knowledge dissemination. She initially engaged with AELIA as a beneficiary, participating in various programmes aimed at enhancing employability and digital skills during the organisation's earlier days as a capacity-building social venture.
About Vassiliki
The academic journey of Vassiliki spans from delving into Classics and history at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Università degli Studi di Padova in Italy to attaining an MSc Degree in International and European Policies in Education, Training, and Research from the University of Piraeus. She has actively participated in a range of courses and seminars covering diverse areas of Learning and Development, including learning needs analysis, instructional design, team facilitation, and talent development.
Her tenure at Viva Wallet as a Training and Development Specialist showcased her prowess in facilitating seamless onboarding processes across 24 branches within the EU, delivering classroom trainings, coordinating on-the-job training, and buddying up new hires with senior colleagues. Transitioning to her current role as a Learning and Development Specialist at attica Department Stores since 2024, Vasiliki continues her dedication to cultivating learning cultures within organizations.
Vasiliki has been actively involved in volunteering various organizations, serving as a History Teacher for children from low-income families in the Municipality of Athens, or as a Mentor in career counseling programs provided by NGOs.
She truly believes that “there is never a point where we’ve learned it all. We are always given the opportunity to learn something new and grow, because learning and growth are indispensable to each other”.
