Curated intra-mentoring has been developed by AELIA as the culmination of our structured interaction activities.

ΑΕΛΙΑ has been a connector ever since the first day it was created. AELIA has been bringing people together and has been building structured interaction activities, where people exchange views, experiences and offer mutual support to each other.

In curated intra-mentoring we set the framework for 2 or 3 beneficiaries to discuss and mentor each other and we curate their interaction, helping them reflect and making them consolidate the benefits of this interaction. Often they build a long-term supportive relationship.
